Requests from L’Osier
- * Please refrain from visiting the restaurant in casual clothing (shorts, sandals, etc.). Jackets are required for gentlemen.
- * No smoking is allowed inside the restaurant.
- * Photographing in the main dining room may be annoying for other customers present. Please make sure that no other customers will be in your photographs. You are also requested to use a camera with no shutter sound. Please contact our staff for more details.
- * Guests must be 13 years or older.
About the cancellation of the reservation
- * Please note in advance that the following cancellation fees will be charged if you cancel your reservation at your convenience no earlier than 24 hours before the date and time of your reservation.
- * For those with full-course reservations, a cancellation fee equal to the reserved full-course price times the number of guests will be charged.
- * For those with seat-only reservations, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the number of guests depending on the time of the event (lunch time ¥17,000 × number of guests / dinner time ¥39,000 × number of guests).
