    Takahiro EGUCHI

    Takahiro Eguchi was introduced to the world of French cuisine when his grandfather and father, both chefs, took him to dine at L'OSIER for the first time during his high school years. He joined L'OSIER in 2008, inspired by the first Executive Chef, Jacques Borie, and worked as a Section Leader and Sous-chef before assuming his current position as Chef in July 2022.
