    Taku IGURO

    Having previously worked at other Michelin starred restaurants, he joined L’OSIER in 2016 and was appointed chef sommelier in April 2022.
    His extensive knowledge of wine and spirits, along with his hospitality and English communication skills, ensure guests a truly memorable dining experience.
    Taku Iguro is certainly on his way to becoming a world renowned sommelier.
